You can check the status of your order by clicking the “View Your Order” button in your order confirmation email.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking to the email address you entered at the time of purchase.
All orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Domestic (within the US) orders are usually delivered with 5 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.
International (outside the US) orders can often take 7 - 28 days to be delivered, depending on your country. We appreciate your patience!
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Payments of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by any payments made on this site. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
All items are FINAL SALE. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the goods. For all other situations, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Follow the below steps to process a return or exchange:
- Email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.
- Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier.
